30% initial deposit, on booking.

Balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival date.

Plus a refundable damage deposit of €500.  

The pool can be heated for an additional supplement of €250.

Prices are quoted for the entire villa for the week or per night & not per person. 
Prices include pre arrival & departure cleaning, towels & linen. We even have a selection of pool & beach towels, if you want to pack light. 

This villa is for family or mixed adult groups over 40.
We don’t cater for groups of youths or hen & stag do’s.
 Please note that the villa is non-smoking and that pets or parties are not permitted. 

Check-in from 4pm.
